Terms and Conditions – CRMactivate

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CRMactivate, a CRM and marketing automation SaaS platform based in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Offered
CRMactivate provides CRM tools, sales funnels, appointment booking, SMS/email automation, review generation, website design, and social media management. All services are delivered under a monthly subscription model.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate business and contact information during registration. Access to CRMactivate services begins after signing the client service agreement.
3. Billing & Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the selected plan. CRMactivate does not offer free trials. Charges will recur automatically unless canceled in accordance with your agreement terms.
4. Contract & Termination
All services require a signed agreement before activation. To terminate services, written notice must be submitted in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in your agreement. Early termination may result in applicable fees or continued billing until the term ends.
5. Refund Policy
CRMactivate maintains a no-refund policy. Once payment is processed, refunds will not be issued. Mid-cycle cancellations are not eligible for partial refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, templates, workflows, and other materials provided through CRMactivate remain the intellectual property of CRMactivate and may not be duplicated or redistributed without written consent.
7. Liability Disclaimer
CRMactivate is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Performance may be impacted by third-party platforms such as Stripe and GoHighLevel, and CRMactivate is not liable for their outages or service limitations.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. For questions, contact us at info@crmactivate.com.
